Every collection by The Heirloom Edit begins long before ink meets paper. It begins with a feeling - an atmosphere you want your guests to step into the moment your invitation arrives.

01. The Application

The first step is to apply to secure your wedding date via our Signature Suite Application.

From there, we will review availability and suitability of your project. If approved, you will receive our Welcome Guide and a private invitation to complete your design consultation via email within 1 -2 business days. The Design Consultation is where you select any additions and specification of your desired suite.

We then create a proposal and quote for you and any thoughtful refinements that may further elevate the feeling you want your guests to experience from the very first unveiling of your suite. You are then welcomed to pay your 50% deposit to secure your wedding date in our calendar and to start the design process. 

02. The Immersion

This is when we step into the world of your wedding. You will provide us with the finer detailing of your wedding day that will be written within your suite. We then start the digital designing process.

This is where texture, tone, and narrative begin to take shape. Your suite is designed with meticulous attention to detail, where typography and composition come together to create something that feels less like stationery and more like an heirloom.

Think of this as the beginning of your unveiling.

03. The Revision

You will receive the initial proof of your invitation suite to review and approve, with the opportunity to request any refinements or amendments.

Once revisions are complete, an updated proof will be provided for final approval before production begins. You will then be invited to make your final payment to secure your production. 

04. The Craft

Your suite is brought to life through careful production and hand-finishing. This is where your suite becomes a true heirloom, made to be experienced and kept.

Ink, paper, and textural detailing begin to unfold the atmosphere of your wedding day. This is where refinement lives - in the textures, the weight of the stock, and the quiet confidence of execution.

05. The Unveiling

Your invitations are carefully packaged and shipped for their first reveal to you.

Each suite leaves as more than information - it leaves as an experience. A first impression designed to set the tone for everything to come.

06. The Keepsake

Long after your wedding day, your invitation remains.
