Production & Dispatch
All collections by The Heirloom Edit are made to order. Production timelines may vary depending on the collection item, finishing methods, and order volume at the time of booking.
Estimated production and dispatch timeframes will be provided throughout the enquiry and proofing process.
Please note that production timelines are separate from shipping transit times.
Domestic Shipping
Australian orders are shipped via tracked postal or courier services.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and carrier demand.
Shipping Delays
While every effort is made to dispatch orders within estimated timeframes, The Heirloom Edit cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels have been handed to third-party shipping providers.
Delays caused by postal services, courier disruptions, customs processing, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
We recommend allowing additional time for destination weddings and international events.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Clients are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
The Heirloom Edit is not responsible for delays, returned parcels, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect delivery details supplied at the time of ordering.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch of returned parcels.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, The Heirloom Edit will assist where possible in lodging enquiries or claims with the carrier; however, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues.
Handmade Nature of Products
Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in texture, colour, finishing, and presentation may occur between pieces and collections.
These variations are considered part of the character and uniqueness of The Heirloom Edit.
