The Heirloom Edit creates handmade, art-directed wedding stationery collections designed for couples who want something truly unique. By placing an order or engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.


Collections & Design Direction

The Heirloom Edit operates through seasonal collections with a curated artistic direction. While personalisation is available within selected design parameters such as text detailing, colour and tactile finishing variations of each collection, extensive custom design alterations are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing with an additional fee set by The Heirloom Edit.

Clients acknowledge that all collections reflect the creative direction, aesthetic judgement, and material selections of The Heirloom Edit.


Handmade Nature of Products

Each piece is handcrafted and produced using artisanal methods and specialty materials. Variations in paper texture, ink impression, material detailing's, handmade finishes, and colour tone are considered part of the character and uniqueness of the work.

Minor variations are not considered faults and is what creates the handcrafted feel of our collection pieces. 


Enquiries & Booking

Orders are secured only once:

  • an invoice has been issued, and

  • the required deposit payment has been received.

Availability is limited due to the handmade and collection-based nature of our work.

The Heirloom Edit reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with the brand’s creative direction or production capacity.


Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required to secure your booking and production schedule as we have limited spots available for each wedding season. This limited availability allows us to provide the handcrafted care you are choosing with The Heirloom Edit. 

Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to printing and production commencement unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in delayed production timelines which The Heirloom Edit will not be responsible for if it interferes with the notice time you can give your guests.

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.


Proofing & Approval

Digital proofs will be provided prior to production.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, grammar, wording, dates, and details before approval. Once final approval is received, House of Heirloom is not responsible for errors identified after production has commenced.

Approval of proofs constitutes acceptance of the final design for print.


Production Timelines

Estimated production timelines will be provided at the time of booking. Timelines may vary depending on:

  • collection demand,

  • handmade production processes,

  • specialty material availability,

  • and shipping carrier delays.

House of Heirloom will communicate any significant delays where possible to best work with you in providing your wedding suite while honoring of standard of care and detailing.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs will be at an additional cost. The Heirloom Edit is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping providers once parcels have been dispatched.

International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with delivery.


Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our work as well as our limited availability:

  • deposits are non-refundable,

  • completed design work is non-refundable,

  • and refunds cannot be issued once production has commenced.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, The Heirloom Edit reserves the right to invoice for all completed work and materials purchased to date.


Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, collection concepts, photographs, styling, wording, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of The Heirloom Edit.

Designs may not be copied, reproduced, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

The Heirloom Edit reserves the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio, editorial, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Colour & Material Variations

Due to the nature of specialty printing methods, handmade finishings, screen displays, and natural materials, slight variations in colour and finish may occur between proofs and final production items.

These variations are considered inherent to artisanal production methods.


Limitation of Liability

The Heirloom Edit shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

By proceeding with payment, booking, or approval of artwork, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
